Our client is a global company in the travel industry and they are currently looking for a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for the corporate accounting, month-end close and financial analysis duties as required

About the Opportunity

• Prepare financial models and/or analyses to support month/quarter/year-end close results
• Analyze and investigate any account variances, and use analytical skills to assess a variety of financial data Contribute to the completion of monthly consolidated financial statements that accurately reflect the financial performance of the company
• Prepare and review month-end close journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage and prepare financial statements and/or regulatory requirements for various local entities
• Support the interim/year-end audit processes, and any regulatory audits and/or local statutory audit of the financial statements
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses in support of developing financial business decisions
• Work closely with global Finance team within the group of companies
• Liaise with business partners in divisional and corporate offices to ensure an effective communication process

About You

• CPA designation
• 3-5 years experience in a corporate accounting environment with solid technical accounting knowledge

Salary Range
$85,000 - $90,000/year
