About the Opportunity

Collaborate with and oversee a team of 3 individuals.
Perform analytical review of period end financial results and provided detailed narratives that help support business decisions.
Lead the team as the subject matter expert in complex accounting areas, specifically lease accounting.
Review account reconciliations and promote best practices with Accounting Services to ensure proper accounting and controls are in place.
Research and outline accounting standard changes pertaining to ASC 842 and provide reports on findings for future accounting pronouncements as applicable including recommended next steps.
Support internal and external auditors during the annual audit and quarterly reviews as required.
Provide support and guidance to other finance teams and the business as required to address financial matters and questions as applicable. This includes but is not limited to External Reporting, Tax, Corporate Finance, Legal Entity Controllership, Treasury, and Internal Audit.
Review and understand current process and look for opportunities to enhance for further efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

CPA designation (or equivalent) required.
3 to 5 years relevant work experience in public company
Minimum 5 years of related finance and accounting experience in a leadership capacity within either the software or high-tech industries.
Experience with analysis working in a large multi-national organization.
Excellent knowledge of US GAAP requirements, specifically ASC 842 (lease accounting).
Advanced communication and interpretative skills to contextualize complex results and concepts to senior leadership as well as other finance and operational teams.
Must be meticulous and detail oriented.
Capable of working with minimal supervision, multi-tasking to establish priorities, and completing objectives without supervision.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience with SAP and Co-Star is preferred

Pay Rate
$55/hour
