Sr Director Finance Systems - SAP S4

About the Company   

Our client is a Canadian multinational manufacturing company looking to hire a Director Finance Systems (Product) 

About the Opportunity 

• This role is a part of technology team – global technology product services team.  

• This person owns and manage the finance technology, the finance team can run to this person for any technology related requirements and provide their requirements.  

• The main responsibilities are managing all the ongoing finance system upgrades, migrations or implementation, vendor management, teams are well – equipped, be able to work with various finance stakeholders to create a strategic technology roadmap, understand organization pain points, participate in tool selection, aligned with finance stakeholders with business processes, etc. 

• Based on business needs and requirements, you should be able to reprioritize  

• Need to work cross functionally across various division finance, procurement, vendors, and with the technology team. 

• Currently migrating from ECC to SAP S4 Hana and other enterprise applications in the environment are Onestream, SAP analytics cloud, SAP PABM 

About You 

• At least one full lifecycle experience of migrating from ECC to S4 Hana 

• Exposure to multiple financial applications, fluent with finance processes and be able to recommend tools that meet business requirements 

• Strong experience in creating strategic roadmaps 

• Strong experience with enterprise application environment with regards to application implementation and integration. 

• At least 5 years of total experience in leadership and team management 

• Experience with vendor management, tool selection and RFP process and working with senior management. 

• Ability to commute 2 days to Toronto office 

• Formal education in finance and moved career from finance to technology 

Bonus Item: 

• CPA designation 

Salary Range 

$180,000/year
