About the Opportunity

• Uphold company values while overseeing recurring payrolls, ensuring accurate wage, tax, and deduction calculations
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and best practices, preparing and submitting relevant documents
• Supervise payroll staff, fostering growth and efficiency through mentoring
• Implement payroll best practices, utilizing software for streamlined integration with accounting systems
• Collaborate with P&V and finance teams to align payroll with organizational goals
• Address employee payroll queries promptly and conduct regular audits for accuracy
• Acquire proficiency in company accounting software tools
• Support month-end reporting, assisting in preparing reports for stakeholders
• Attend professional development to maintain designations
• Identify and implement workflow efficiencies
• Assist Corporate Controller in annual financial statement audit preparation

About You

• 3+ years processing of full-cycle payroll, including experience with processing for hourly/salaried candidates, journal entries,
• Previous managerial experience, minimum 1 direct report
• Payroll design or close to designation-PLP, PCP, CPM
• Previous Experience with ADP or Ceridian – both would be great
• Advanced Excel- Pivot table and vlookup
• CPG, Food, Manufacturing industry

Salary Range
$120,000 - $130,000/year
