Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

Our Publicly listed client is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis who will be responsible for the planning, budgeting, and corporate reporting.

• Manage Annual Business Plan and Quarterly Reforecast
• Manage process including timelines, systems and other requirements
• Review business plans/reforecasts submitted by business units to ensure completeness and reasonability of plans
• Prepare plan documentation for Senior Management and Board
• Perform management oversight role of selected business units. Includes acting as a reviewer and advisor as appropriate on different matters – results review, internal controls review, adhoc analysis.
• Will oversee one direct report

• Continuous review of current processes and systems for efficiency, consistency and to maximize the value of our data
• SAP BPC tool (consolidation) which is near end of life
• Eventual change in ERP system at all business units, while led by business units corporate is involved for oversight and alignment. Includes potential remapping of general ledger.
• Product support and development across the organization for corporate office provided services (Lease Accounting and/or Concur Expense Reporting)
• Participate in special projects and analysis on an adhoc basis, including support for acquisitions and divestitures

• University degree in Business or related discipline
• Accounting designation, CPA, CA preferred
• Min 5- 8 years post-qualification experience in industry ideal
• Exposure to IFRS
• Experience from PubBig 4 Public Accounting Firm

Salary Range 
$120,000 - $130,000/year
