About the Company  
Our client is a real estate and investment management company and they are looking to hire a Business Systems Analyst.

About the Opportunity     

• Reporting to the Manager of Applications, the Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes through evaluation, implementation, and optimization of information systems
• They will collaborate with various stakeholders across different departments to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements or new solutions
• This role is a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to bridge the gap between technology and business needs

About You

• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Yardi or similar) – requirements gathering, process improvement, technical documentation, end user support (internal/external), etc.
• Proven experience of database design and queries (SQL, etc.)
• Great communication skills
• Ability to commute to Mississauga office 3 times per week

Bonus Items:

• Real Estate and/or Property Management software
• Real Estate knowledge/experience (Residential and Commercial)

Salary Range
$80,000-$90,000/year
