Sr. ERP Manager

About the Company   

Our client is a market leader in the manufacturing industry and they are looking to hire a Sr ERP Manager 

About the Opportunity 

• This person is responsible for developing roadmap for enterprise solutions, building architecture for business team and project ownership (implementation / migration), 250 enterprise applications, consolidating all these enterprise applications, and proposing various other applications like Business Central, D365, etc. 

• Defining long term technology solutions, six new plants coming up in the US, getting these plants up to speed, various plant applications integrating with the ERP system, working with North America and European stakeholders. 

About You 

• At least 2 ERP system experience, could be any ERP systems 

• Hands on experience with various ERP modules in terms of workflows and processes focused on supply chain, order management, fulfillment, Warehouse, finance, sales, procurement 

• Responsible for enterprise roadmap planning 

• 5 to 7 years of people management experience 

• Ability to travel to the US and Europe (20% or 3 to 4 trips a year, 4 to 5 days) 

• Personality – critical thinking and do not want a YES man. Someone who can stand their ground and yet be professional 

• Experience with vendor management, tool selection and RFP process and working with senior management 

Salary Range 

$150,000/year
