About the Opportunity

• Oversee the enhancement of internal reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of financial information for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processes, leveraging automation and technology solutions where applicable.
• Align finance transformation strategy milestones with workstream owners to help them accountable to deliverables and timelines.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new KPIs, dashboards, internal reporting standards and processes across the organization.
• Provide training and support to teams on the KPIs, dashboards, and processes across the organization.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KPIs, dashboards, internal reporting standards and process improvement initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to meet evolving business needs.
• Manage and drive forward special projects supporting strategic initiatives by coordinating with various stakeholders within finance and business to provide framework and structure for decision making.
• Assist in the design and development of dashboards, internal reporting and visualizations to track financial performance, operational metrics, and key business drivers.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

About You 

• CPA qualified
• 7-10+ years of experience
• Proven track record of designing and implementing KPIs, dashboards, internal reporting systems, and process improvement initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in change management and driving organizational adoption of new processes and tools.
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in a mid to large size corporation.

Salary  
$160,000 to $170,000/year
