Equipment Planning Coordinator

About the Opportunity 

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure equipment/capital planning needs are being met 

  • Input vendor information into the system accurately 

  • Review and validate incoming requests and inquiries 

  • Support with other ad-hoc requests as needed 

About You 

  • 3+ years of recent experience in equipment/capital planning or a closely related field (purchasing and/or inventory management) 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 

  • Intermediate Excel skills (familiar with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)  

  • Experience with a large ERP system  


$60 000 - $70 000/year
