About the Company  
Our client is a large financial services company located downtown, and they are looking to hire a Data Developer.

About the Opportunity     

• We are looking for a data/database developer who has strong experience pulling data out of databases and working with the data (creating automation, dashboards, ML apps, data science, etc.)
• Experience with the following tools is a benefit: Python, Java, JavaScript, Power Apps, Snowflake, PowerBi

About You

• University degree in Computer Science and/or Data Science
• At least 3 years of experience in technical Data roles
• Passion for machine learning, predictive analytics, data science, getting actionable insights from business data
• Experience with data extraction/manipulation, predictive analytics, and data manipulation techniques / analysis
• Proficiency with data development tools (e.g., Python, R, JavaScript, PowerAutomate, SAS, Snowflake etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerBI, etc)
• Good communication skills
• Commute to downtown office 1-2 days per week

Bonus Items:          

• Exposure to Internal Audit concepts
• Exposure to data pipelines / Devops
• Past hands-on technical exposure to DW, SQL, ETL, BI is a plus but not the focus of this position

Salary Range
$105,000/year
