About the Opportunity
This leadership role demands high visibility and entails orchestrating corporate, sales, and operational elements to effectively oversee the daily functions of the company.
The responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for major customers
- Supervising customer service teams
- Managing quoting and customer proposals, and optimizing the product mix across both facilities
- Coordinating activities among operations and quality teams
- Maintain a target sales backlog and ensure adequate manpower and resources to surpass financial targets
- Ongoing efforts to secure customer approvals
- Collaborating extensively with the finance team for managing costs, forecasting sales and profits, and driving overall financial performance
About You
- BS degree in Business, Engineering, Or Science
- At least 10 years of experience within leadership, sales, and operations
