About the Opportunity
Internal Management Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze quarterly consolidation of financial results and operating activity of the company Properties (North America, Europe, Australia, Brazil, China, India, Dubai) in accordance with IFRS – utilizing OneStream (consolidation/reporting platform)
• Prepare and analyze annual consolidation of business plan and quarterly reforecast consolidation of the company Properties – utilizing OneStream
• Support preparation of quarterly results presentation to the company Properties and Senior Management team.
• Liaise with regional finance teams and manage quarterly and annual reporting deadlines
• Support onboarding / training of regional finance teams to OneStream platform
• Support ad-hoc reporting / analysis request

Process, Automation and Value-Add initiatives:

• Manage / support business process, system enhancements initiatives and automation with focus on scalability for future growth and improving efficiency
• Develop expert knowledge of OneStream over time with a goal to become a SME for the team
• Develop working knowledge of critical financial systems & technologies utilized by the FinOps, Corporate Treasury and Real Estate accounting teams (i.e. Dynamics365 ERP system, IFS Quantum Treasury system, PMWeb construction project management system, application of RPA / machine learning etc.)
• Collaborate with finance and cross functional stakeholders to define requirements for process improvement and automation needs
• Analyze & document current and future state business processes and workflows, utilizing appropriate charting / documentation techniques to clearly capture relevant level of detail
• Support high quality and timely project deliverables throughout the project life cycle, including execution of project plans, test scripts, cutover plans and user acceptance testing where applicable
• Prepare/review training materials and guides
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholder (i.e., third-party property accounting teams) and provide training support and onboarding of new processes and systems
• Identify opportunities & provide recommendations for process improvement and automation
• Review and understand vendor contracts including scope of application/service, cost of application/service and license structure

About You

• Recognized professional accounting designation (CPA, CA preferred)
• At least 5+ years of progressive work experience with a mix of public accounting and industry experience, real estate / financial markets industry experience is a plus
• Experience in accounting / consolidation systems (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream, Yardi, JD Edwards, Hyperion, etc.) and passion for learning new applications
• Experience system implementation, business improvement and internal controls improvement initiatives, including working knowledge of Performance Management solutions
• Exposure to project management and experience working with project management/technology teams
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Range
$110,000 - $120,000/year
