About The Opportunity
- Oversees the scheduling of all resources and performs regular quality assurance checks
- Provides direction and support to scheduling coordinators
- Receives and enters bookings into the scheduling database
- Prepares and updates booking schedule for leader review and action
- Maintains and updates contractor availability and preferences
- Makes travel arrangements for contractors
- Coordinates with Sales team on large and complex bookings
- Arranges and coordinates services such as boardroom bookings, interpretation, video conferencing and rentals
- Assists with various projects associated with the department
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements solutions that ensure greater client/contractor satisfaction
- Oversees new contractor on-boarding (recruitment & talent management)
- Leading in the development of a performance plan and objectives and reviewing on an ongoing basis; providing coaching and feedback as per the performance management process for employees and vendors
- As required, recruiting skilled talent in support of current and future company needs
- Familiarizing and complying with all AP policies while ensuring accurate administration of employee related information: absence records, vacation, title, etc.
About You
- Certificate/Degree in Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Prior scheduling experience would be an asset
- Ability to manage high volumes of email
- Above-average knowledge of word processing software is required, specifically Word, Outlook, and
- Previous experience managing team members
- Fluency in French or Spanish would be an asset
- Requires flexibility in hours of work
Pay Rate
$25 - $27/hour
