About the Company  
Our client (One of GTA's Top Employers 2023) provides investment services, and they are looking to hire a Marketing Specialist (Salesforce).

About the Opportunity

• The role will contribute to the creation and maintenance of the marketing assets and content created to support their Marketing Automation goals in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Will have hands on strong knowledge of the Marketing Cloud platform specifically Email Studio, Journey Builder and Audience builder
• The candidate with any prior experience/knowledge of Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, SQL queries and AMPScript (Marketing cloud) will be given preference
• The successful candidate will also act as their in-house email marketing specialist and key contributor on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to drive lead conversion, customer engagement and retention initiatives
• Excellent Verbal & Written skills needed

About You

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience of the Marketing Cloud platform specifically Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience builder and Automation Studio (Marketing cloud).
• Experience working with Marketing Cloud cloudpages, data extensions, SQL queries and AMPScript (Big Plus).
• Good Understanding of (i.e., social media, mobile, chat, CRM technology and other emerging channels)
• Experience in MS Office apps
• Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, and JIRA
• Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, personality will play a big factor in the selection

Bonus Items:

• Experience in the financial services industry is an asset.
• SFMC Certifications a big asset
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Project management skills
• Experience working with other Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Financial Service Cloud is an asset.
• PM or BA experience
• University degree or college diploma in the Business or Marketing fields preferred 

Salary Range
$75,000-$85,000/year
