About the Opportunity

• Establish and enforce uniform accounting policies, controls, and procedures across all divisions in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
• Hire and develop coaching plans for accounting and finance personnel, including Accountants, Cost Analysts, AR, AP, Payroll, and other relevant roles.
• Deploy consistent contribution margin and gross margin tools and reporting methods across all divisions.
• Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of production costs per job/project, with a particular focus on materials, labor, and overheads.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end closings with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
• Prepare monthly income tax provisions and offer support for income tax preparation and planning.
• Generate detailed and timely financial performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Collaborate with site leadership to evaluate and provide insights on financial and operational performance to enhance financial reporting to the Off-Road Group.
• Develop site-level cash flow projections and manage payment planning.
• Assist in site-level customer and vendor pricing strategies in conjunction with Business Development and Purchasing.
• Participate in the preparation, support, and analysis of annual Business Planning and quarterly Forecasting with facility leadership.
• Coordinate activities with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Optimize the company's working capital metrics, including DSO, DPO, and DIO.

About You

• CPA Designation
• 5 years of experience as a senior-level accounting/finance in a similar sized organization
• Knowledge of ASPE and/or IFRS and accounting principles
• Demonstrated knowledge of computerized Tier 1 or 2 ERP systems
• Advanced level skills using Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the manufacturing industry

Salary Range
$120,000 - $145,000/year
