About the Opportunity

Reporting to the director, the successful candidate will lead the financial planning process through a team of Finance Business Partners, ensuring ongoing review and monitoring of results.
Ensure observance to financial policies and internal controls and provide recommendations for improvements.
Responsibilities Include: Lead the Financial Planning cycle developed for both the operating and capital budget.
Developing close working relationships with all lines of business, learning their businesses and providing financial insight that will help them lead their respective areas.
Preparing Financial Plan documents for presentation
Developing and refining tools for variance analysis against budget and forecast to identify risks and opportunities.
Working with the Finance Business Partners to further integrate the budgeting and planning functions, and enhance proper monitoring, reporting and analysis of results against the plan.

About You

Accounting Designation
A minimum of Five (5) years of financial planning and analysis experience, or comparable experience required.
Experience within the SAAS Industry
Experience developing annual budgets aligned with operating and strategic plans.
Demonstrated leadership skills including excellent communication skills (written and oral), interpersonal skills, and relationship building skills.
Advanced Excel skills and Financial Modelling
Demonstrated analytical, organizational and multitasking skills , including ability to effectively meet all deadlines.

Pay Rate
$50/hour
