About the Company 

Our client is a software company looking for a Windows/Azure Production Operations Manager to manage a team of 4 individuals and lead all support aspects of an enterprise 24x7x365 production environment - applications, systems, and network infrastructure.

About the Opportunity

• Assist with moving everything to Azure (and possibly later also replicate everything on AWS as well)
• Manage production environments (cloud or colocation/datacentre) - large Windows based production hosting SaaS type setups
• 25% strategy/planning/architecture
• 25% hands-on support/troubleshooting of critical issues, prototyping new environments/solutions
• 25% team management
• 25% projects/misc.

About You

• Strong progressive hands-on experience in supporting/managing production/hosted 24x7 Windows server environments
• Experience with strategy/roadmapping modernization / technical debt issues
• Understanding of custom-developed SaaS apps hosting, devops/scripting/automation, pushing code to production on IIS
• Cloud experience (Azure or AWS)
• Good RDBMS/SQL experience
• Experience with (formal or technical) small team leadership
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Degree and certifications is an asset
• Salesforce or CRM exposure is an asset 

Salary Range

$130,000 - $145,00/year
