About the Opportunity
Assisting Company Business Managers with a variety of ad hoc administrative and customer focused tasks within a fast paced environment in the entertainment industry, including:
- Reporting of payments
- Royalty recognition
- Drafting documents
- Following up with clients for missing information
- Tracking job progress in Excel spreadsheets
- Success in these duties will lead to autonomy and other tasks related to this role and progression in the company
About You
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills; everything is tracked in Excel and some formulas are required
- Some administrative experience an asset
- Enjoys organization and has great organization skills
Pay Rate
$17 - $21/hour
