Accounts Payable Clerk (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Perform data entry of invoices and process payments accordingly
• Assist with month/quarter/year-end closing duties
• Responsible for verifying the payment terms on the invoice and in the system are the same
• Work with suppliers/vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with any ad-hoc general accounting requests

About You

• 1+ year of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, exposure to period-end accounting and reporting
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Sage

Salary

$55,000/year
