Accounts Payable Administrator- Freight (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Process freight and brokerage invoices by matching invoices to receiving vouchers
• Maintain car export files for brokerage and freight payables
• Prepare cheques weekly and file backup
• Answer inquiries on payments of invoices and reconcile statements of account
• Analyze discrepancies between customs and supplier invoices
• Submit corrections to customs broker
• Provide switchboard relief for lunch and breaks
• Accounts payable, cost accounting, marketing, supply management, traffic department, the customs broker, outside trucking companies and railways

About You

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Basic working knowledge of AS 400 system or other ERP system
• Accuracy entering the data into the system

Salary

$40,000 - $45,000/year
