About the Company

Our client is a well-established company in the security industry. They are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join their organization.

About the Opportunity

• Review cancellation files, check account balances, and issue final invoice to customer
• Verify and Cancel third party services
• Enter and Post debits/credits to system
• Review bill dealer account cancellation files, issue credit to dealer for prepaid period or chargeback dealer for services rendered
• Verify third party billing payment received and apply payment to dealer account
• Other ad-hoc report to assist in month-end and year-end closing

About You

• Diploma/Degree in a related field
• 1 year relevant or co-op experience
• Strong knowledge of Billing/AR/Accounting

Salary

$32,000 - $40,000/year
