Our client is a well-established organization in the building industry that specializes in HVAC. They are looking for an Accounting Assistant to assist with a variety of finance and accounting tasks along with administrative support.
About the Opportunity
- Accounts payable and expense report data entry, ensuring invoice accuracy
- Payroll backup and sales commission tracking
- Monthly billing and payment reconciliation and collections
- Customer support, change in ownership and payment detail records
- Ensuring all paperwork and files are completed as required
- General administrative support such as answering phones, taking/emailing messages, filing
- 2+ years of related experience
- Working knowledge of full cycle accounting and understanding of the accounting process
- Extremely proficient with QuickBooks
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
$50,000 - $55,000/year
