About the Opportunity
The Sales Planning Manager will be responsible for but not limited to: 
  • Forecast sales based on various promotional initiatives
  • Provide feedback on the most strategic pricing and marketing efforts for increase in sales volume
  • Partner with various stakeholders to analyze actual sales versus budgeted sales as result of various initiatives
  • Provide Sales, Margin and Subsidy spend for week, month, and year.
  • Provide findings on sales analysis to senior leadership
  • Manage, coach, and develop the Sales Planning Analyst 

About You
  • Post-Secondary degree in Business/Commerce
  • 5+ years Sales planning experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Power Bi experience
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leaders within the organization
  • High attention to detail, well organized and committed to meeting deadlines
  • Experience working in a similar role (3 to 5 years)
