- Coordinating bookings for 25 boardrooms
- Ensuring that incoming calls are answered promptly and professionally and are directed to the appropriate individual
- Greeting and screening all visitors
- Ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and welcoming at all times
- Professional services experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a high volume capacity
- 1+ years of Reception experience
$17 - $19/hour
