Our client is a large successful well-known public Canadian company, and they are looking to hire an BI / Power Specialist.

About the Opportunity

This is a hands-on ‘end-to-end’ role that will deal with the Business users on their automation and BI requirements, then utilize the MS Power toolset to create solutions that fulfill the business requirements
We are looking for a very hands-on person with strong PowerBI visualization experience and ability to talk to business users about their dashboarding/reporting requirements
Power Automate, PowerApps development skills are a plus
We look for strong SQL, SSIS and SSAS
This position is in-office 3 days a week in midtown Toronto (on subway line)

About You

Skilled at understanding and eliciting reporting/dashboarding requirements from business users, and implementing solutions using PowerBI - using visually-appealing designs!
Good communication and presentation skills – experience gathering requirements directly from Business
Strong SQL, SSIS/SSAS experience, understanding of Tabular models
