Payroll Administrator
About the Company
Our client is a great, stable company in the real estate industry with the ability to provide lots of growth opportunities within their organization. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall data integrity of the HRIS/Payroll system.
About the Opportunity
- Bi-weekly, and salary payroll processing using ADP, including overtime and statutory pay calculations for 400 employees
- Manage all government and WSIB/WCB/EHT remittances
- Process all employee changes and additional payments; enter data and maintain employee profiles and all support documents for entries
- Payroll filing and payroll accounting (journal entries & payroll account reconciliations); prepare T4s, T4As, T2200s
- Preparation of Employee Records of Employment in accordance with Employment Standards Act / Service Canada.
- Assist with required year-end payroll functions to ensure smooth processing of year-end tasks
- Contribute to the accuracy and integrity of the payroll function within the company
- Weekly monitoring of electronic timesheets using Time & Attendance.
- Weekly auditing of payroll inputting reports and registers to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare short and long-term disability forms
About You
- College Diploma or University degree with a major in Finance, Accounting or Commerce
- 3 + years of experience with full cycle payroll
- Experience using ADP Workforce is an asset
Salary
$60,000 - $65,000/year
