About the Opportunity
- Candidate is responsible to oversee client engagements, execute due diligence procedures, conduct background checks, develop a report outlining deal strengths, risks, red flags and risk mitigation strategies.
- Due diligence includes verifying the claims made in the offering documents, review the business and financial model, sources and uses of funds, debt and equity arrangements, key agreements, corporate organizational documents and interviews with management.
- Annual reports include obtaining updates on the progress of the business, material changes, confirm that control people remain in good standing, and prepare reports.
- Responsible that all deal information on the online platform is accurate and current.
About You
- CPA
- 10+ years financial auditing experience
- Expert with Excel and financial modelling
Salary Range
$150,000 - $160,000/year
