IT Infrastructure Project Manager (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Project management for external SMB clients' IT projects - infrastructure projects such as implementations, migrations, client onboarding for Tech Support Services, etc.
• Most projects will have to do with migrations (e.g., migrating to Office 365), security, implementations, upgrades, etc.
• All projects will deal with infrastructure (no applications projects)
• Looking at the internal IT processes when available
• Looking for improvements and efficiencies wherever possible
• Reviewing internal processes, KPIs, etc. to better align processes with business goals (e.g., staff and client onboarding, help desk KPIs, professional services processes, etc.)

About You

• Proven project management experience on Infrastructure projects (e.g., implementations, upgrades, etc.)
• Experience dealing with project plans, resourcing, project updates/communication, client interactions, budgeting, etc.
• Experience with analyzing data (e.g., KPIs, metrics, etc.)
• Experience with extracting data from various sources, such as CRM/ticketing applications
• Understanding of internal IT service delivery (e.g., KPIs/metrics, best practices/processes (ITIL), etc.)
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and other certifications would be assets
• Experience in an MSP or other Professional Services (external client/project experience) or Consulting would be a great asset
• Process improvement experience (e.g., Six Sigma) would be an asset
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to commute to Ajax

Salary

$90,000 - $120,000/year
