ARE YOU A SEASONED FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT LOOKING TO UTILIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE? Our client is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join their organization for a 6 month contract with the potential for it to become permanent.

Financial Accountant - 6 Month Contract to Permanent

About the Opportunity

• Code, match, and process all invoices, expense reports and cheques
• Investigate and resolve invoice and expense report discrepancies
• Process all cash receipts and account billings
• Prepare and enter monthly journal entries and reconcile general ledger
• Provide monthly account analysis for accounts as required
• Assist with the preparation of working papers for year-end audit

About You

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Postsecondary education in accounting or related field
• An intermediate level of MS Excel proficiency required
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Pay Rate

$20 - $24/hour
