Business Analyst - 3 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Finance / Business process mapping and documenting
  • Develop and deliver the plan to map key financial processes
  • Work closely with Senior Team to understand existing processes and identify future requirements
  • Document process flows; create procedure manuals for the functions performed with detailed documents in words with information about source documents and explanatory notes
  • Roles and work calendars mapping linked to processes
  • Document gaps / exceptions and suggest solutions
  • Highlight potential risks during process mapping
• Systems mapping:
  • Map processes and systems
  • Assist in change Management
  • Work with technical resources to translate requirements into technical solutions

About You

• Accounting Designation is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Experience documenting financial system and role processes
• A keen eye and mind for reviewing system functionality to ensure it will meet business and user needs
• Can identify and flag issues, and present appropriate action to be taken

Pay Rate

$40/hour
