About the Opportunity
- Provide administrative support to all facets of the business
- Act as the lead point of contact for any administrative issues and interactions with utility vendors
- Assist with invoice processing and basic accounting
- Oversee Administrative Clerk
- Other Administrative/Office Management duties as required
- 3+ years of Administrative/Office Management experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Large ERP experience
- Strong MS Excel abilities (pivot tables & vlookups)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
$24 - $26/hour
