About the Opportunity
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including meeting preparation, scheduling, travel arrangements, etc.
- Manage the reception area, liaise between departments, and answer incoming phone calls
- Assist with office management, including ordering office supplies, handling incoming/outgoing mail, and dealing with maintenance issues
- Outgoing self-starter that can assist with ad-hoc administrative duties with limited direction
- Comfortable working with senior management and providing support in a variety of areas
- Organized with a high level of attention to detail
$17 - $18/hour
