Our client, a well respected organization within the West GTA, is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join them on a 6-month to permanent basis.
About the Opportunity
- Scanning, entering, coding, and processing a high volume of AP invoices daily (approx. 100)
- Download digital invoices and enter into accounting system
- Creating and sending out invoices, assist with GL reconciliations, month/year end close process
- Assist with other ad hoc accounting/administrative tasks as required
- 3+ years of comprehensive AP/AR experience
- Practical experience with multiple ERP platforms and advanced user of MS Excel (Pivot tables & Vlookups required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to interview virtually and start immediately
$20 - $23/hour
