Treasury AVP - 3 Month Contract to Permanent

Our client is sourcing for an AVP of Treasury for a 3 month contract with possibility of converting to permanent.

About the Opportunity

• Work with Treasurer and team on the management of the company's cost of funds, FX P&L impact and liquidity availability
• Responsible for the management of overall compliance of funding facilities with covenants, representations and warranties
• Review of related financial statement and MD&A disclosures
• For hedging activity, work with Treasury team on the execution of approved trades and responsible to ensure ongoing operational effectiveness including the analytical, legal and accounting documentation and reconciliation of activity and tying to financial information
• Work with the Treasury team on the implementation of new funding structures and the related hedging programs, including documentation and structural review
• Responsible for Treasury compliance policies and procedures

About You

• CPA designation
• 8 years of experience in a large public company in similar treasury role
• SAP (treasury module) and advanced Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Very detailed and results oriented

Pay Rate

$70/hour
