Transport Specialist - 3 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Handle daily transport schedule for Atlantic Canada network (2 breweries, 2 Distribution Centers, and 2 outside storage locations)
• Manage unloading capacity at the breweries, distributions centers and storage sites
• Manage inbound freight into Atlantic Canada from out of Province
• Track relevant transport KPIs daily, and follow up on dragging loads

About You

• 1-3 years’ experience in various Logistics/Supply Chain environments
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• SAP Systems would be an asset
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask, self-motivated, and committed to getting the job done
• Ability to use personal phone and laptop for daily work purposes

Pay Rate

$25 - $27/hour
