Senior ERP Project Manager (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of system implementation/project management experience
• Minimum 1 full cycle large ERP implementation project completed as the main/sole Project Manager
• Exposure to Manufacturing and strong understanding of Manufacturing concepts/business processes (General Ledger/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Reporting, Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement, Sales, Inventory Management, Production, Planning, etc.) is a big plus
• Experience with Infor/BAAN/Infor LN v10.7 would be a great asset
• Strong experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices for PMO
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range

$110,000 - $130,000/year
