Software/Web Design Project Manager

About the Opportunity

• Responsible for guiding software development projects to successful completion according to budget, schedule and client expectations
• Engage a team of off-shore developers (out of the Ukraine)
• Setting up tasks in the morning, aligning those tasks to deadlines
• Interfacing with the development team, and speaking to clients, gathering updates or concerns, and funneling back to the development team
• Full lifecycle management is essential to this role (Kickoff with the client, setting expectations, set up the project (kickoff, business requirements gathering, design implementation, develop, UAT, QA, Launch))

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in a project management role for software development or website design
• Fluent in English, very easy to understand to remote non-native English speakers
• Understands SDLC
• Ability to manage multiple projects (2-3) concurrently
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of a project
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Agile shop, familiarity with agile, being able to manage Scrum is desired
• Russian speaking a plus

Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000/year
