SAP Concur Business Analyst - 6 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Provide SAP Concur application troubleshooting and support to our client's global end users located across North America and the United Kingdom
• Analyze and review submitted expense reports to isolate areas of non-compliance and provide clear technical instructions on the required adjustments
• Liaise between various Stakeholders across multiple business units and departments to identify any errors resulting from misallocated expenses or transfers
• Proactively seek input from the Reporting Managers and appropriately apply their comments/feedback into continuous process improvement strategies
• Identify opportunities for the continuous integration and optimization of SAP Concur within the client's business environment
• Support the PMO and Program Director in identifying the financial and technical requirements for future SAP Concur implementation and expansion projects
• Identify opportunities to improve the existing business processes through information systems and/or non-system changes
• Assists in the research and preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes
• Ensure a stable technical environment, oversee data integrity, and consistency

About You

• University degree or college diploma in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field of study
• Minimum of 2-3 years of strong business analysis experience focused in the support, maintenance, and/or implementation of SAP Concur or a related expense management system
• 1-2 years of experience working at a large multinational company supporting a diverse group of senior-level stakeholders across North America, the UK, Australia, and/or Asia Pacific
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse and geographically dispersed group of senior-level stakeholders as high as the CEO
• Strong general business-sense and understanding of expense management processes (i.e. corporate costs, payment types, & sales taxes)
• A strong desire and willingness to learn new technologies, a positive attitude, and team player
• Results-oriented, self-starter, capable of working independently and within a team environment to meet deadlines
• Willing to (on occasion) work outside of normal business hours as part of a 24x7 environment
• SAP Concur Certification would be an asset but is not required
