Payroll Administrator - 3 - 6 Month Contract

Our client is looking for an immediate payroll resource to start.


About the Opportunity

  • Processing weekly payroll for 100 employees; 65 salary, remaining are timecards
  • Journal entries
  • Data imprinting in Excel - using pivot tables
  • Payroll remittances
  • T4 issuing for year-end
  • WSIB calculations
  • Expense processing (ex. employee gas cards)


About You

  • Strong, relevant payroll processing experience, ideally 3-5+ years
  • Good communication skills; will be dealing with stakeholders from different functions
  • ADP Workforce Now is a must
  • Sound Excel skills, including pivot tables,


Pay Rate

$20 - $27/hour
