About the Opportunity
- Responsible for timely processing of all aspects of semi-monthly payrolls in Canada and the US using clients payroll software
- Perform professional analysis and reconciliation of payroll related transactions
- Process manual timesheets effectively
- Assist with year-end government filings
- Review and analyze current payroll procedures in order to recommend changes leading to best-practice operations
- Other duties as required
About You
- Degree or Diploma in a related field
- 5+ years of Canadian and US payroll experience in high volume, full-cycle environments
- CPA or PCP certification is a strong asset
- Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with payroll softwares
Pay Rate
$20 - $24/hour
