About the Opportunity
- Welcome all new team members, couriers and other visitors to our office
- Work with IT department to administer physical assets for onboarding and offboarding for all new and departing HQ team members including laptop and other technology needs, distributing company swag, office tours etc
- Currently this is being managed remotely via couriers until we are back in our office post COVID-19
- Manage our current limited ad hoc office use during COVID-19 including deliveries, distributing mail, welcoming a limited number of team members for meetings, liaising with our security guard to ensure safety protocols are being followed by all visitors
- Ensure our physical office is maintained through close relationships with building management and daily tasks
- Own our office employee experience including in person employee engagement events
- (once it is safe to host them), ordering necessary office supplies, ensuring well stocked kitchens and coffee stations
- Assist with our upcoming Return to Office project where we will be redesigning our space and our ways of working in the office
About You
- 1-2 years experience in Office Management, Office Administration or Customer Service
- Strong attention to detail and independent work style
- Welcoming and professional demeanour
- Customer service focussed
- Excitement to work in a physical office environment and create a great experience for our team members
Pay Rate
$18 - $20/hour
