About the Opportunity

• Ongoing production of departmental Operations dashboards, corporate reporting (ie. Global Index, MBOD reporting etc), and industry comparative reporting. Collaborate with team heads and communicate to other departments or groups on variances and related action plans
• Recommend appropriate and achievable targets for Operations and provide explanations for variances between plan to actual and with prior months. Analyze historical performance to set KPIs. Collaborate with other team heads and project team to set SI for Operations, as well as the short term and long term direction.
• Ongoing review of KPIs with operations management to point out trends and efficiency opportunities.  Work collaboratively team heads to optimize operations processes to identify automation or process improvement opportunities. Understand current operating processes, assess current effectiveness, provide thought leadership / recommendations on how to best optimize current processes and articulate findings to senior management. Monitor the progress of the changes implemented to determine whether additional actions are required.
• Supports workforce planning and optimization practices, uncover insights, and supporting proper forecasting to achieve optimal staffing. Supports functional business units to achieve required service level, cost targets, and overall performance metrics through development of optimal staffing models and practices.
• Support data-related projects such as identifying gaps, defining business rules, testing or resolving data issues.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant analytics experience (KPI's, dashboards, data analysis, etc.)
• Advanced SQL experience is a must
• Experience with ad-hoc analysis and creating reports
• Background in automotive finance is an asset
• Experience in Tableau or other similar data visualization/Business Intelligence (BI) tool considered an asset
• Supervisory/mentorship experience is an asset

Salary Range
$85,000 to $100,000/year
