Our client is a large real estate property management  and investment company. They are looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis who will be a key member of their team.

About the Opportunity

• Work closely with Senior Management and provide support to help achieve high quality performance measurement analysis
• Work closely with business partners to finalize and analyze operating plan and quarterly forecasts
• Design and prepare a variety of management reports
• Work with Senior Management to define and track specific metrics and present findings
• Participate in special projects
• Enhance existing processes to improve operational efficiency

About You

• CPA
• 5+ years of related working experience in progressively responsible positions
• Demonstrated ability in financial planning and analysis, reporting and analytics, and partnering with senior management
• Strong Excel skills

Salary Range

$100,000 - $115,000/year
