About the Opportunity
- Manage the cost allocation process and work closely with key stakeholders across the organization
- Ensure consistency in the definition of cost pools and methodologies used by cost owners
- Implement cost allocation engine to assign costs to various product lines and strategies
- Review cost pools and allocation drivers with cost owners to ensure costs are grouped and allocated using the approved methodology on a quarterly basis
- Provide consultation on cost drivers and allocations
- Prepare and generate monthly cost allocations reporting
- Create KPIs to enhance reporting for the Senior Leadership
- Evaluate and evolve the cost allocation process
- Business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide cost insights for new projects and strategies
- Identify, design and evaluate process improvement opportunities
About You
- CPA, CA
- 7+ years of related working experience in financial services industry
- Strong communication, leadership and people management skills
- Understanding of allocation process and cost allocation methodologies
Salary Range
$105,000 - $120,000/year
