About the Opportunity

• Manage the cost allocation process and work closely with key stakeholders across the organization
• Ensure consistency in the definition of cost pools and methodologies used by cost owners
• Implement cost allocation engine to assign costs to various product lines and strategies
• Review cost pools and allocation drivers with cost owners to ensure costs are grouped and allocated using the approved methodology on a quarterly basis
• Provide consultation on cost drivers and allocations
• Prepare and generate monthly cost allocations reporting
• Create KPIs to enhance reporting for the Senior Leadership
• Evaluate and evolve the cost allocation process
• Business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide cost insights for new projects and strategies
• Identify, design and evaluate process improvement opportunities

About You

• CPA, CA
• 7+ years of related working experience in financial services industry
• Strong communication, leadership and people management skills
• Understanding of allocation process and cost allocation methodologies

Salary Range

$105,000 - $120,000/year
