Application Development Manager (Closed)

About the Company   

Our large client in the Healthcare space is looking to hire a Development Manager (.NET). 

About the Opportunity 

• This is mostly a hands-off development manager role (may be 10-20% coding for POCs when needed) 

• Duties will include managing a team of developers, doing everything from code reviews/design/architecture to coaching/mentoring developers, and HR leadership (eg hiring/firing/performance reviews), making sure applications/solutions are delivered on time and with quality, etc) 

• The stack is .NET/.NET core, MVC, REST APIs, KendoUI, Node/React, MSSQL, Azure  

• They also utilize CRMs (D365 and SmartSimple) and PowerBI 

• This is a hybrid onsite position in North York or Burlington offices 

About You 

• Proven progressive hands-on experience in full stack application development 

• Previous senior level .NET full stack application development experience, including design/architecture and POC development 

• Proven experience managing Agile application development teams of 7+ 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at senior stakeholder level 

• Ability to commute to either North York or Burlington office 2 days per week

• Azure, PowerBI, CRM integration experience 

Salary Range 

$140,000/year
