About the Opportunity
- Bank reconciliations and daily bank updates
- Reconcile General Ledger Accounts
- Update financial Excel files (basic formulas)
- Process invoices and ensure payments are as agreed upon
- Assist with payroll for contract employees
- Ad hoc duties as needed
About You
- Accounting degree, diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate level of Excel proficiency
- Previous exposure to NetSuite seen as an asset
