About the Opportunity

Daily deposit & sales reconciliation for multi-unit network
Bank Reconciliations
Balance Sheet Reconciliations and analysis
Inventory adjustments and review
General ledger reconciliations, journal entries and monthly accruals
Maintenance of the general ledger and all intercompany and clearing accounts
Integrated Accounts Payable invoice imports & Online Bill Payments
Monitor compliance of internal controls
Review Employee Expense reports in Concur for compliance, import into Sage
Manage A/P & A/R report generation and analysis
Financial and Ad-hoc reporting analysis
Processing month end reports and assisting Accounting Manager with period close activities
Data Entry, filing, and other general administrative duties as required Policy

About You

A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an intermediate accounting role
Excellent attention to detail and very effective organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines efficiently
Provide accurate, timely and, high quality work
Proven strong analytical skills in reviewing accounts and accounting problems
Collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
Decision Making Skills
Possesses excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills
Computer Skills including Microsoft Office, with strong excel skills and experience with Sage300 considered an asset (Pivot tables and vLookups)
Mature professional judgment and professionalism in handling all matters
1+years (not including CO-OP) accounting: general ledge reconciliations, journal entries, Full cycle AP
CPA designation in process

Salary Range
$55,000 - $60,000/year
