About the Opportunity

• Maintain and monitor company accounting records ensuring compliance with company accounting policies.
• Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly internal F/S reports.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly journal entries.
• Manage full-cycle accounting process for intercompany corporate entities, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations and monthly balance etc.
• Support in Managing the company’s financial affairs and general bookkeeping.
• Credit Card Reconciliations including receipt gathering expense allocation & distribution.
• Treasury
• Assist in any quarterly & annual auditing processes as required
• Perform other duties as required

About You

• 2.5+ years of Project accounting + Project billing experience (ideally from construction/manufacturing industry)
• Intercompany transaction experience
• Post-secondary degree in Accounting/Finance
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups; using excel for reporting purposes)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong ERP experience (has used multiple different ERPs)
• Strong job-stays

Salary Range
$70,000 - $75,000/year
