About the Opportunity
- Maintain and monitor company accounting records ensuring compliance with company accounting policies.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly internal F/S reports.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly journal entries.
- Manage full-cycle accounting process for intercompany corporate entities, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations and monthly balance etc.
- Support in Managing the company’s financial affairs and general bookkeeping.
- Credit Card Reconciliations including receipt gathering expense allocation & distribution.
- Treasury
- Assist in any quarterly & annual auditing processes as required
- Perform other duties as required
About You
- 2.5+ years of Project accounting + Project billing experience (ideally from construction/manufacturing industry)
- Intercompany transaction experience
- Post-secondary degree in Accounting/Finance
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups; using excel for reporting purposes)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ERP experience (has used multiple different ERPs)
- Strong job-stays
Salary Range
$70,000 - $75,000/year
