About The Opportunity

Process invoices, 3 way matching, entering invoices in system
Prepare bank reconciliations, verifying accuracy of balances and charges for all accounts; record adjustments as required
Payroll duties including updating employee information, vacations, entering timecards
Ad hoc duties as per Manager

About You

3-5 years of full cycle accounting experience
Ability to the hit the ground running
Proficiency in Excel, Great Plains is a strong asset
Strong communication skills

Pay Rate
$25 - $26/hour
