About the Opportunity
- Responsible for customer service, communications and support to stakeholders
- Assist with reception and ensure requests are processed and handled in a timely fashion
- Support administration and data entry, including financial and tax receipting reporting and documentation
- Support other activities and projects as required
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience dealing with the general public and donors
$18 - $21/hour
