About the Opportunity

Responsible for customer service, communications and support to stakeholders
Assist with reception and ensure requests are processed and handled in a timely fashion
Support administration and data entry, including financial and tax receipting reporting and documentation
Support other activities and projects as required

About You

3+ years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience dealing with the general public and donors

Pay Rate

$18 - $21/hour
